Recovery Hitch with 4.75T Bow Shackle
This recovery point will centralise the pull making for safer more effective recovery
Before the introduction of the Extreme Limits Offroad Recovery Hitch, it was subjected to "Destructive Load Testing" to ensure its performance and Certify its 6,000kg load rating
Five test products were supplied to the Testing Agency, where a purpose buit Hayman Reese rig was developed for the tests
The hitches have been specifically selected by the Extreme Limits Offroad Team for its ease of use and saftey properties
Upon testing, the products achieved results of 14.96 TONNE (32,981.1544 Lbs), well over the 6,000kg rating
At these loads, the Hitch Pin failed, bow shackles, welds and high tensile bolts were not affeted
The Recovery Hitch was still going strong!!!
